World of Warcraft: Beast Mastery Hunter PvP / Hunter Builds

Article Source: www.associatedcontent.com.
Beast Master Hunter. This is something that you hear a lot of nowadays. With the recent revamps to Beast Mastery, Hunters in WorldWarcraft have found themselves somewhat more inclined to take care of their pet and make their pets work for them as opposed to taking Marksmanship in World of Warcraft. A lot of Hunters will tell you that Beast Mastery is the best spec or build for WoW PvP, but they don't tell you why or how to get the right build that's going to let you dominate your opponents! Relax! That's what I'm here for. Today, we're going to go over how to spec or build your WorldWarcraft Beast Mastery Hunter to be an exceptional PvP machine.

Beast Mastery:

Tier 1:

For our first Tier, we're going to be taking Improved Aspect of the Hawk. I know what you're probably thinking. You're thinking, since we're going Beast Mastery, why don't we take the talent that increases our pet's life? Well, it's just not a big enough increase to do much. Improved Aspect of the Hawk however, will allow you to have a little bit faster attack speed every once in a while and it's an invaluable talent when fighting casters as well. The more you shoot, the more push back they experience when they're trying to fling fireballs, shadow bolts, etc your way. It's a great talent and I'd recommend pumping 5 points into it.

Tier 2:

Focused Fire is a great talent. For sure 2 points it increases your damage by 2%, and it also boosts your pet's critical strike chance while kill command is active by 20%. This should be fairly self explanatory but if it's not...more critical strike chance = more damage. When you're getting 10% crit chance per talent point, I'd like to see a situation where I wouldn't take it. Thick Hide is another talent in the Beast Mastery Hunter's Tier 2 I'd recommend taking. For 3 points, you've got 10% more armor for you from items and 20% more armor for your pet. Any melee class is going to hate you for this. It'll give your pet a little bit more longevity during a long battle and it can often make the difference between the winner and the loser.

Tier 3:
