Inscriptions and Druids    2010-03-29
Well, i'm mainly going inscription on my druid (soon main) because of the different model changes, pairing up with my brother's enchanting mage and mostly because there's always something that we can probably use off of it. You can probably have a better look at them from here, Druid Glyphs Edit: Seems like you checked another list while I was posting :x, but anyway, there's mine too! Edited, Oct 9th 2008 11:24am by Level 80 Tauren Druid on Tichondrius Topemoo, Level 80 Tauren Warrior on Tichondrius Danforth, Level 80 Blood Elf Warlock on Tichondrius Manikku, Level 73 Blood Elf Hunter on Tichondrius So I was spending a little tim...
mikeyvach wrote:Is there need for hunter CC in a raid, or do you just all-out DPS everything? No, not really. You can trap a few things in Kara, but that is not really needed. On the 2nd Boss I trap an add sometimes, but this can be done without skilled traps. On a sidenote, you can have a DPS focused SV build that also improves traps. There is no big conflict between talents. Look at this 0/20/41 build for example. Or if you want a little extra utility and more still more talents for trapping you can go with something like this:0/21/40. The second build has ~3 less crit for a reduced trap cooldown, wyvern sting and scatter shot. Those three talents are really nice (though not mandatory) for heroic instances. 5/5 master tactician or alternatively 5/5 improved aspect of the hawk are better talents for raids. Not mandatory for raids, but either...
talent?    2010-03-04
Look at the left menu, and scroll down to "Talent Build Stats." The top four links are to 41/20/0 BM/MM builds. But I personally suggest making a build on your own. If you like having a super-tank pet, put more points into his ability to do damage, hit, dodge, and move faster. You can take out Mortal Shots and Aimed Shot if you want more of a laid-back soloing experience. Put those points in Animal Handler and Catlike Reflexes and your time seriously becomes "Send pet, Autoshot, wo dare da to omotte yagaru?!i didn't google it and the stickys dont give me a build or if they do i didnt see it. why do you people alw...
Replying to another thread here has reminded me that my knowledge of enhae is largely pre-pah. My resto shammy was my raid toon but has been hibernating in Shatt while I get my druid to 80 (my guild doesn't need healers right now). Now that he's soaked up rested status I plan to bust him out over the long holiday weekend, respced enhae for leveling. So, for a PvEPvP leveling build at 70 Iame up with this: www.wowheadom?talent=hA..oxzIIkubRt For 80, same mix PvEPvP: www.wowheadom?talent=hE..oxdIIkubRt If I raid enhae I'd get pts into enhaing totems, nah. And I already have resto puzzled out for 80. Thoughts? Is maels...

This is true, I guess I was just giving them all options for ireasing DPS with oururrent pah. Mhans willhangeome 3.1 (anyone know date when youan expt it?), just like they seem tohange with every pah lately. But I agree if you aren't using a good rotation or aren'tomfortable with one trap-daing will just make it moreomplated. ekaterinodar wrote:I'm thinking of dropping improved wisdom. I would like to pk up kings. But pking up kings means dropping 3% ofrit from ret talents. I'm trying to determine at what point in what situation I'll want to forfeit that 3% ofrit and whatever else for that 10% boost from kings. This is something we're also kind of struggling with. Unless you have two pally tanks in the raid someone else will have to get Kings. We areonsidering rotating it through our Holy Pallies and having the guild pay the respost. No one wants to permanently give up therit. The Holy pally who has it now is not happy losing therit talents in the Ret tree. Had to try, with ...

A person抯 metabolic rate is a measurement of how fast their body burns calories which are, in turn, a measurement of energy. Burn more calories than your body consumes and you lose weight; burn more calories than your body consumes and you gain weight. Another way to say that is this: consume less calories than your body burns and you lose weight; consume more calories than your body burns and you gain weight. The way to use your body抯 metabolism to lose weight, then, is twofold:Consume less calories than you burn (as in dieting);Burn more calories than you consume (as in exercising); The average body抯 metabolic rate, and the rate at which the Percentage Daily Values of the nutrients on a food抯 nutrition label are based, is 2000 calories per day.Your body burns a certain number of calories per day just by virtue of you being alive ?I other words, no exercise necessary. The process of breathing, for example, burns calories. As does the circulating of blood. All forms of burning calories based on nothing other than the act of being alive make up what抯 called you Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR). Interestingly enough, a person抯 BMR makes up about 60% o...
Back to Where It All BeganNow that my adventures in Outland were done, it was time to sit back, relax, and prepare to start my adventures... in Outland!...wait, I think I screwed that up. Hm. Oh well, nevermind. Best to ignore it, I feel. After waiting for around an hour at Gamestop (hey, they said to come at 11, I came at 11!) and finding myself thankful, for the first time, for global warming... I returned home with my copy of Burning Crusade and put the disc in my computer. What?! It won't install? Oh no! I'm ruined! And then, I realized I'd put the wrong CD in first. Whoops. False alarm, folks! I install the game (having deleted my beta client earlier to make room for it, of course) and then, after a few tries, head to the Outlands. Though my laptop never actually renders the multitude outside the Dark Portal other than their shadows, I make it through the mass unharmed and cross into Outland for the first time!...uh, the first time... again? Something like that. The more things change, the more things stay the same. There's still the constant battle going on in front of the Dark Portal, but there are also a lot more people. And I mean...
